2. Collected information.

Only the necessary to be able to provide QualimaC services and respond to the requests of its members in an appropriate manner. Thus, to be able to provide the services it is requested:

2.1. If it is a legal person: Name and surname of a contact person, the position he holds in the company, the corporate email and the contact telephone number. The consent granted by the proxies or authorized, for the purposes of article 21 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), shall be understood given both in its own name as in the legal entity it represents.

2.2. If you are an individual entrepreneur, you are requested to provide your NIF, postal address and bank details.

QualimaC does not collect data considered especially sensitive according to the GDPR, such as those of racial or ethnic origin, political opinions or religious or philosophical beliefs, participation in trade unions, health, sexual orientation, biometric or genetic data.

Likewise, it is informed that the data is confidential and will not be transferred to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation.

 3. Purposes to process personal data.

Personal data is collected only for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, based on the following bases:

Execute the services that member companies need from QualimaC, which includes:

3.1. Processing requests for user registration on the website, regarding the corresponding subscriptions, therefore, it is necessary to verify the identity of the user.

3.2. Provide the requested services, complying with the necessary procedures and procedures so that they are provided correctly, together with the resolution of possible doubts that may arise.

3.3. Legitimate QualimaC interests, such as commercial actions or communications by any means, related to the contracted services. This treatment may be opposed based on legitimate interest, following the indications contained in the clauses of this Privacy Policy.

The personal data of the members of the association will be kept as long as their relationship with QualimaC is maintained and, after the end of this relationship for any reason, during the statutory limitation periods that may apply.
